Location is perfect for transport links and plenty of places to eat close by, staff very friendly & helpful, luggage storage before check in & after check out available, wifi works well. Rooms are a very good size, iron and board, safe, hairdryer, plenty of plug sockets and a yoga mat. A/C works well. Kitchen has a full size fridge with freezer box, microwave, kettle and coffee machine (Superior Studio) second room we had also had washer/dryer and dishwasher (Executive Suite) dishwasher tablets provided but not washing up liquid or a teatowel, which would of been handy as didn't want to put dishwasher on for 2 cups, so just eneded up rinsing. Water, teabags, coffee and biscuits are provided in room. Beds are VERY firm and not going to suit everyone, pillows not that great but managble for a few nights. We didn't get a very good view with either room unfortunately but would stay again.

This place was absolutely amazing! The room was beautiful and the location was perfect, walking distance to the Tower of London. Also only a few steps to Tower station taking us anywhere else in the city and easy access to Heathrow Express back to airport. Most importantly, every staff member we encountered was amazing.
