Comfortable, clean beds. Ask of the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable
I was told I was gonna be compensated for the fly infested no television room but nothing
The bed was comfortable, the room had a weird smell, the towels didst
I enjoyed my stay thanks see u soon!
Stayed 14 days. Never received housekeeping. I asked several times and was told they would not vaccuum or change the sheets due to COVID-19. THAT'S BULLCRAP!!!! OTHER HOTELS CLEAN AND CHANGE SHEETS!!! Place is infested with people doing drugs and being loud.
Quite literally terrible. I served in the marines so when I say that I would have rather grabbed a mat and dug up the ground then sleep on that bed I mean it. I have not had a more uncomfortable bed in my life. For a little bit of an idea of that the beds in the marines are 20+ years old and twin size. The room smelled horrid and the carpet was heavely stained everywhere. The pillows looked like some boiled potatoes and through them against a wall. Quite literally the worst hotel I have stayed at. I also brought my pregnant wife whoms back is absolutely destroyed now so she is in great pain as well.
Brittany was amazing! Very thoughtful and caring,
I made a reservation for a room with a queen bed, but when I arrived to check in, I was told the room I reserved was not clean. The lady in the office put us in a room with double beds at no additional charge. The room had a very intense smell of cigarette, and I absolutely hate the smell of cigarettes! The floor in the bathroom and kitchen was covered in pink sticky stuff and very dirty. The bathtub had hair in it from previous people. Bath tub did not drain properly. The bath tub also had dirt in it and looked like it had not be cleaned at all. I went to the store and bought Lysol disinfectant and bleach to clean the bathroom and kitchen myself. The towels from cleaning were BLACK. There are cigarette burns on the bathroom counter and toilet. The toilet had fecal matter around the toilet lid from previous people. “The place looks very sketchy,”said my 6 year old son. There are much nicer hotels in the area. The other people staying here looked like drug dealers. Our room also didn’t have a tv remote. We had to ask for one in the office. It was surprisingly quiet at night and the water for my shower got nice and hot. There are a lot of restaurants nearby, but I feel it’s not a safe area at all.
Front desk is always awesome rooms are very clean property is much better than it used to be they have a traveling manager now that goes around and trains people and fix properties up and she has done a great job here
