Great room and great breakfast. If u don’t like a room that’s had dogs in it don’t get a double queen. Those are the rooms where they allow pets. Get a king instead

Male check in person exceptionally unhelpful. 2 parents and 3 children arrived pre-booked and advised no roll away bed available. We needed to scrmable to find another hotel on our won late at night. Malke check in person would not let us use their phone and would not give any options. Expedia would not help our situation which they had booked with advisement that roll-away bed was available. Will never use this hotel or expedia again.We did find a nice hotel nearby with our own efforts

Good for the night.
Hotel staff are very nice, but possibly understaffed. Seemed to always be a wait for things, at check in, when we had questions, when getting bedding. However; staff are definitely getting their job done. The hotel indicates it has rollaways/extra beds but it does not. Pool is Ok, but no spa and washroom is in out of pool area in the hallway. Room was comfortable and clean, all we needed for the night.
