Wasn't sure about location being in North Vancouver but being by the Seabus made everything very convenient. Lots of restaurants of every description and price within a 5 minute walk of hotel. Not a hundred percent sure but I think most rooms are water views. The only downside was when we arrived the hotel doesn't have much of a sign making it confusing for guest and the Uber driver.

Underwhelming buzzkill

Only good thing about the stay was that sweet Indian man from the front desk. Shower had barely any water pressure, ladies at front desk were apathetic, and no perks even though I was booked as a VIP silver member. On top of that I was given a beautiful view of a public sidewalk. Spend the extra 50$ a night and stay at the Pinnacle.

Total Crap

First of all the staff did everything they could with the terrible surroundings before them. Now first of all there's no ground floor lobby. You either have to get dropped off on the street then lug your bags about 100 yards to take the elevator to the 3rd floor to check in or get dropped off in the underground parking lot and take the elevator to the 3rd floor. So once I checked in and proceeded to my room I realized I was 2 doors down from a construction site see photos. And just when i thought it couldn't get any worse the restaurant directly below was going through MAJOR renovations. So I had jackhammers below and ventilation replacement above and beside me starting at 7:45AM Obviously if I had been informed of this beforehand I would not have stayed there no one would ever spend their hard earned money to stay at a construction site. At no time was I offered any compensation or apology for the unacceptable state of this "hotel" I feel for the staff that had to deal with all the unhappy customers.
