Quick trip
We did not get the room we booked. The room was worn. The tile in the bathroom was dirty. My daughter had to sleep on a pull out couch with a very thin blanket. The staff did get us another thin blanket for our remaining time. The hotel was noisy. There were kids running around the hotel. No one in the lobby was wearing face masks. The grab and go breakfast was terrible. Everything was a sugary food.

Nice people, dirty rooms
Front counter staff was nice. The hotel looked niced but when we got in the lobby had something bust and there was a hole in the ceiling with water pouring out. Than we got up to our room and the toliet had poop or barf all over it. The guy moved us to a new room and the floors were sticky and shower still looked dirty. Requested housekeeping to clean while we were at a funeral that morning and they didn't. Ended up cutting our stay a night short due to the room not being properly cleaned.

5 Stars!
Great hotel, very clean, staff was nice and the wifi was amazing. I stayed in the Suite with a king bed. Room was spacious and clean. Pool was closed due to Covid which stinks, looked like a nice pool. Only complaint is the elevators are SUPER slow. I suggest setting one of them to return to the first floor when no one is using it. ;)

Pet friendly! Too bad for a customer wihout a pet!
If you like to be awaken at 4:30am with a dog crying and running above you this is the place for you!!!!! This is my third problem with Home2. First was a roach in the bathroom (I'm still waiting to see if they have roach baits. It has been 4 days), second was the disposal that is not working (I put a order in on Monday and so far Wednesday, no one come up to fix it). And now a dog that as the front desk guy says "there is nothing they can do cause the hotel is a pet friendly." So if you don't need to sleep and just want to pay for the room to stay up this is the place for you!!

Fair Warning, STAFF DOESNT WEAR MASKS!
While this hotel is renovated, stylishly designed and overall a great pick... it lacked in the one area that is the most important this year. COVID precautions! During my entire stay I saw 3 different staff members during my 4 day stay either not wearing a mask or wearing a mask incorrectly. I’m not here to debate the pros and cons of taking this pandemic seriously but when you’re in an industry, near an airport, and see 100s of people coming and going from different areas day in and day out, it seems only illogical and irresponsible to not take the necessary precautions! During my check in, the front desk clerk had a mask hanging around his mask! This did not set the best first impression to me. I was worried enough about traveling for work during this time and having to doubt the cleanliness of the hotel and it’s staff did not help matters. There were several times during my stay, while getting coffee or breakfast that the clerks would nor be wearing their mask or wearing it under their nose. While the hotel is beautiful, I don’t think I’ll return again in a long while. There are many hotels in the area where I have previously stayed that take the necessary precautions to ensure their customers safety.
