We love staying at this hotel for the convenience of getting from point A to point B.... We love the continental breakfast in the morning. We only had one real issue and it was that we never had any room service for the whole stay... When I commented on it to the staff up front one fellow said that he would let his manager know and fix it and the next fellow said we had to request it... a little confusing as Covid is not a problem anymore and this was the first time we had any problems... We had to go down and request coffee for the room.. The bed was never made except by us and towels never changed. We definitely know for next time... :)

Very sketchy area
We pulled onto the street which was dark and sketchy. we watched a drug deal go down and immediately left the area. We did not even go inside the hotel as it did not look like a safe area to even be in.
