Besides the hotel only having one working elevator that ran very slow and the shower water just coming out extremely hot ( had a friend staying in another room that was able to figure out how to get less hot by second shower time) everything else was great awesome staff to let us use facilities while waiting for check in and even after check out when waiting for our flights to leave

This was the second summer in a row that I have stayed at this. Hotel and they only had two elevators working and one was a service elevator! Other than the elevator issue, We really enjoyed our stay at this Hotel. I will be stay at this Hotel in Mexico in December
