Short overnight trip
We were very pleased with our stay! When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and check-in was quick. We were hesitant to stay in a hotel but the front desk clerk was friendly and made us feel comfortable. Our room was very clean, as were the common areas of the hotel. An enjoyable stay!

At check-in, all staff members that I saw were wearing masks. The next morning, none were. Very disappointing when COVID is spreading faster in the region.

It was a nice stay, but Covid made it less enjoyable. Beds not made, no fresh towels put in the rooms... Making my own bed and tracking down fresh towels is not my idea of vacation....

I booked 2 rooms and when I arrived I was told they only had one room reserved for me. After a tense exchange with the employee and after I had him listen to the 2 room conformation via the call I placed with hotels.com he finally found another room despite telling me that they were completely book and didn't have the additional room for me. Then I was charged a higher fee then I was given when I reserved the 2nd room. What the hell !!!!!!

Room was every nice. Liked that during Covid you could still use the pool if you scheduled a 50 min time slot. For the free Breakfast you had to bring it to your room but still were able to get it.
