Very fresh and high standard hotel with a great location near BTS station and the area around Sukhumvit with lots of restaurants and shopping centers. Very friendly and helpful staff and a plus for providing at least two smoking areas for those who enjoy it. Warmly recommended.

Superb stay
We had a superb stay at the Carlton. I’ve had the pleasure of staying in several of the best 5 star hotels around the world, and this hotel ranks among them. The hotel is superbly designed and the level of service is excellent. Sometimes 5 star hotels can feel a bit perfunctory but not here. It is a true 5 star and we would stay again without hesitation. The room was spacious and well thought out, the pool and gym were excellent. The attention from the staff really added to the stay.

EXCELLENT HOTEL
The hotel is excellent, a true 5 star, located in a very central place and close to public transport. The staff very friendly. We were in a Club Room 3112, with amazing views of the city. It was a good size and the best part was that when we arrived before check-in time we were escorted to the lounge to wait there while our room was prepared. I must highlight the attention we receive in the salon every day, the girls there make you feel very comfortable and help you with all your needs. They are very professional, we were delighted with Jane, Wawa, Pepe and Nicha. We are very happy with the Hotel and there is no shortage of massages in the Spa, very good. The breakfast is very complete and varied. Regarding the Cooling Air rooftop, the food is not very good and neither is the service. Another detail to take into account, the wooden floor of the pool gets too hot and it is difficult to walk barefoot there. But as I said before, an excellent hotel and I would return without hesitation. Congratulations for your attention and greetings to all the members of the lounge, we will remember you with love. Regarding the reservation with hotels.com, everything is fine, except that you promote a 20% discount on non-alcoholic meals in the reservation for silver members and we did not receive any of that, you should check your promotions.
