Overall review
Visited the breakfast buffet at 8:00 and they were out of several food items. The attendant refilled the coffee creamer but nothing else. The buffet was to be open until 9:30. Was not impressed! Also, our room was on the second floor and there were no elevators! Very inconvenient for my husband who recently had back surgery!

Central location but hotel could use some updating
Older hotel close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. Situated off a main road in a run-down residential neighborhood. Relatively clean, but needs updating and repair. Guests were generally quiet but we heard some noise from nearby streets. The room was adequate. More comfortable pillows needed. We saw a lot of insects so they need to work on their pest control.

Last leg before the reunion
I stopped off in Idaho Falls as my last leg before getting to Sun Valley, it was less than a 3 hr drive the next day. This hotel was a bit too comfortable as I didn't get up early enough to have breakfast before leaving. I had to get to Hailey by noon to meet my sister and her husband to the reunion and I had to stop off at the grocery store to have food available when we checked into the condo.

AWESOME
This was the best experience we've had at a hotel in Idaho Falls in the 5 years we've been traveling there. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The rooms were clean, and the manager was amazing. She went out of her way on several occasions to make us comfortable and welcome. This will be our go to hotel when traveling to IF from now on.
