I had an unpleasant experience with the stuff and the cleanness of our room. The only positive thing about this hotel was the great location. Very central if you want to discover the city. But everything else was disaster! Our bathroom was not cleaned and traces from the previous visitors were still apparent. I also needed help from a hotel stuff to print some theater tickets which took forever. Stuff was really unfriendly. On our last day, the elevators and the Internet wasn't working anymore! Unfortunately, not a very good experience for us.
Definitely Overpriced, small rooms but friendly staff.
The hotel was just ok ! The front desk staff were terrible and the concierge was rude . The management needs a shakeup!
I arrived and it took 30 min to check-in Then the guy who was checking me in did some silly business with my credit card. Wouldn’t take cash for the resort fee and tried to change me double for accidentals . So needless to say another 15min there. The elevator are scary the doors super slow to open . On my floor my bedroom door looked like a storage closet . Spent like 5 min looking for room 1133. Once in the room it’s small and the furniture is damaged . It’s more of a young kids hotel not for a mature crowed. Not a boutique hotel at all in my books. Cleaning crew woke me up at 9:30am when my check out was noon was pretty mad about that . Not impressed would not recommend at all . Only good thing great location .
The food court attached was good. And the location was very good and surprisingly quiet to sleep at night. The blackout blind was broken and we only got very small towels.
Very helpful staff and responded fast if we did have any concerns.
Very knowledgeable staff. Very friendly every morning. Always ready with answers to my questions about the hotel and surrounding areas. I would definitely stay here again.
Loved that it was within walking distance of all the Broadway shows we attended.
The bathroom was so small if you put the toilet paper on the holder you could not set on the toilet. My wife sat on the toilet with the door open and standing up hit her head in the door very Delete repeated word small bathroom. The bed was new but very uncomfortable it had a hard ridge that ran across the bed right in the midface range. So after a couple hours sleep I would awake with a soar back and even resorted to sleeping on the floor.
