Filthy room
It was great. If i had any issues they cleared it up fast.
The bed was super comfy. The room could stand a deep cleaning. The front desk staff was polite and helpful. Our rooms curtains didn't quite cover the window and we ended up hanging the bed decoration over the adjacent mirror because you could see the whole bed from the balcony. I noticed some cool plants in the front entrance and the woman at the desk was generous to give me a cutting. It was a quiet stay and we'd definitely visit again.
The room was infested with roaches which got into our luggage.
On arrival very unprofessional greeting. Then was told I was getting a room on the 2nd Floor (I am handicapped) and my reservation clearly showed “Accessible Queen”. I was told there were none, but I could pay extra for a 1st Floor King!!?? Unreal!? I objected and after 30 minutes standing at the counter I got a first floor double.
My overall good experience was just OK. Was not pleased with the rooms especially at the rate they were charging. The rooms are extremely small and uncomfortable. A flying insect woke me from my sleep :-(. While packing the next morning I discovered a roach crawling on the floor.
The staff was friendly and helpful but the room smelled of smoke and was not clean. The air conditioner sounded as if it were coming loose from the wall which made it difficult to sleep. The towels had stains on them so luckily I had beach towels after showering.I will not be staying with this hotel again in the future if this is acceptable to them.
The air doesn’t work it, it’s on 69 and still won’t cool
It was ok and pleasant. The carpet nustchad an odor to it.
