    Bad room service

    Room was not very clean. There was mold in the shower and the shower faucet did not work very well. Additionally, we had no towels in the room.

    filthiest place ever,#firethewholecleaningstaff

    Ive never in my life stayed somewhere that is so nasty, had to change rooms 3 times and still filthy,I ended up asking for cleaning supplies and had it not been so late and me have court in morning I would have left. I give it negative 5 stars. hair everywhere,sheets dirty, ant crawling in bed, soap scum on counter, air conditioner wasnt working right and phone of course didnt work.

    There are better places available in the area.

    At first, the hotel appeared pleasant. Then we got to our room and thing weren’t so great. It was extremely hard to open and close the door. The wall attached hair dryer fell down every time the door was closed. The telephone didn’t work. The mattress needs to be replaced as there were deep indentations from lots of people sleeping on it and there were pieces of something on the sheets. My husband went down to the desk and came back with a brew sheet and one pillow since there were only three and we each wanted two. We will not stay there again.

    DISGUSTING-DO NOT STAY HERE!

    This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. The pictures on Hotels.com of the hotel do not represent how the hotel actually looks. When we got into our room the floors looked like they had not been swept or mopped before. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom and feces on the toilet seat. When we pulled back the sheets we found hair on the sheets as well. The towels and sheets were stained and looked like they had not been washed. The bathtub had spots where the finish had come off and instead of replacing the tub they painted over the spots. The hotels elevator showed a certificate which expired in February and the carpets in the hallways looked as if they had not been vacuumed in months. They whole place needs major improvements and updates. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and If there was a way to rate the hotel below 1 star I would. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT STAY AT THIS DISGUSTING PLACE!

    STAY AWAY

    Room was extremely bad. Mold on ceiling, paint splatter on wall next to bed -- assuming it was paint, turned AC down to 60 and still wasnt cooling, room, hallway and stairwell all smelled old musty and moldy. Would not stay at all!!!
