Just ok
Great location. It's an older building, walk ways to rooms were dark, main light in bathroom was not working, no phone in the room, no closet rod to hang our clothes up. But, we really only needed a place to sleep and it served that purpose. However, I don't think I will stay there again. The cost was too much for what we got.

For the price of this room we expected more then 2 rickety dirty $5 chairs on the balcony.. the hotel ran out of coffee for the rooms. The plexi glass on the balcony was really dirty.. the cleaning staff was nice and helpful, but the staff at the front desk were not very friendly.. just expected more for the price!

Good place in Seaside. Careful your booking with Hotels.com as their pictures of the rooms may not reflect what you get. Confirm with Shilo if you think you have a loft and stairs. The basic rooms are inside.

Hard.
We loved the location, and the cleanliness of the room, but the mattress is very old and soft and you can't rest. We had people upstairs or to one side who had loud voices or TV until 3 am and we couldn't rest. We have to think about whether we go back there again.

Never again
Property felt dilapidated. Pool not heated. Elevator broken for 2 days. Room carpet stained, hole in bathroom door and chair had slash marks on back and seat. Overall did not feel comfortable with cleanliness. Even thought about switching hotels and losing my money when I got there. Staff were good though and being so close to beach were the redeeming factors.
