We were looking forward to stay in this hotel because on the pictures it looks good. Reality set in when we checked in - we had to pay $20/ day for our car. When we walked into our room it was damp and immediately realized it was pretty dated. We realized that there was a hole in wall where the door handle hit the door and even the toilet was not completely attached to the floor. The beds were comfortable but the towels were hard. After a day travelling we wanted to relax in the Jacuzzi but it wasn't working. Well they can't fix it if you don't say anything about it - so we mentioned it - the man who helped us checking in apologized but the next day the spa was not working. While we understand that it can take time to fix issues - at least put a sign up in case you were not able to fix it. Personally I wouldn't go here again at all and would not recommend it. Certainly not worth the $ you have to pay to stay here ...Oh did I tell you that the walls are thin and you can hear the other people shower, go to the restroom and talk? ....For us it was very disappointing.

Spectacular!
My daughter and I had a wonderful stay! Great pool, plus walking distance to water park and beach! CVS a block away (always convenient) and an amazing ice cream shop nearby. The hotel restaurant was also great. Beautiful live music at night. Incredible view. Lovely staff. We will absolutely be going back!

The location was great - nice sitting on the balcony overlooking the marina - downside - noisy kids and dogs coming from some of the boats. Staff was excellent. Property is 'old' which gives it character but anyone wanting to use the kitchen would be disappointed - not very well supplied - one spoon! We chose the 'loft' suite - which was great - only downside bathroom was upstairs. Overall fun stay.

Property is family friendly and the location is great. Water Park and transient docking is a major assist. Food, drinks and service at Jimmy Guanas is very good. Hotel in need of some upgrades and maintenance. Front desk personnel not the best. Hotel pool never has towels.Overall a good stay and very enjoyable.
