The environment was acceptable, easy transportation by MTR. A used soap was left in the soap holder , a slipper was found under the sofa. This gave me a poor impression on cleanliness.

Not so bad hotel, also not perfect
Check-in process was smooth, the Diamond Rm with Partial Ocean view was clean and nice. The mattress was firm but the pillows were not to my liking (too soft that my head sank into the pillow as if no support), The airconditioning was bit hard to control as it was always either too warm or too cold. Had sufficient ac outlets for charging electronics which was a nice surprise. Check-out was also smooth and quick.

Wet Floor
It was a rainy day. The floor in the hotel lobby was wet and I almost slipped over when I first stepped into the lobby floor. Very dangerous indeed.
