Nice hotel in a great location - easy walk to many sights and a bit off the busier areas. Modern rooms, very clean. Concierge didn’t know how to get to the Heineken Experience, which was very odd but we figured it out on our own. Would stay here again.

Well situated and very clean small but comfy. Beds very nice and new bathrooms great shower. No bath. Bring your water bottle they give out water with lime lemon and mint at wntrance to fill up your bottle.

Rooms are very small. We changed rooms twice until they found us a suitable one, for a small upgrade fee. The manager was very accommodating though. Excellent location and clean, hardwood floors in rooms. Nice views of canal if you get an upgraded room, be aware though, the first level upgraded rooms are even smaller than the regular. They are considered upgrades due to the view. You need two levels of upgrades to get a decent sized room. When I say small, I mean you can’t even walk around if you have 2 suitcases on the floor.

Great hotel - nice renovations. We had a family room, which was a bit of an odd setup, but worked really well for us. When you open the hotel room door, you’re faced with a set of very narrow and step stairs, and your room is at the very top of those. So, we had no problem at all, and actually enjoyed being away from other hotel guests - but - if you have mobility issues or aren’t strong enough to carry your own suitcase up those stairs, you would have a problem.
