Fantastic hotel for our first stay in Tokyo
The Prince was the first hotel we stayed at during our recent trip to Japan and it left a great first impression on us. Situated conveniently less than 10 minutes walk away from Shinjuku station, the room and hotel was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. There's also a really nice restaurant on the top floor overlooking the city. Bit pricey but the food was delicious and the presentation and service was amazing. Make sure you have a reservation though - hotel staff can help you with this. The icing on the cake was the view from our room which gave us a superb panoramic view of Shinjuku. Thoroughly recommend and would definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff at The Prince.

Bad odour from the toilet
When I checked in to the room, a strong smell of urine from the toilet bowl even before I flip open the cover. This is totally unwashed or leaving the toilet so bad smell. In Japan standard, I cannot accept. And the room is not even cheap.
