Good for families. Not for couples and singles.
Got a good deal on our family of 8 stay. Cane for new years. We wanted an economic stay with enough for the 2-3 year olds to run free. We didn’t know there was two different wrist bands so it’s not ALL inclusive. What sucks is you have all the exclusive vs. inclusive restaurants mixed together. A lot of walking and getting used to. Beer sucks. Dos XX is good beer but it has no fizz and is flat. At least it was cold. They give you the first round of mini fridge free which included two Tecate lights and two coors lights but the fridge wasn’t cooling so ehh. All liquor is cheap house stuff which is fine but the quality of the mixed wasn’t there. This trip wasn’t bad. It wasn’t the best either. Food was good and warm. A lot of frustration from guests with confusion and not a lot of leadership from the hotel team a LOTS of one man shows and nobody backing them up in the restaurants. Definitely not the Disney factor from staff where everyone is friendly. We had about a 10-20% engagement from service team and a few hellos from passer bys. Beach was yellow and red flag but nice temperature. Entertainment was B rated. Came for new years and it was ok. Everything felt like the company kept most of the money and invested little into your experience. But what can I say some places charge 5X what we did and you get what you pay for here.

Our building had no elevator in the lobbies. Had to take a fly of stairs before getting into an elevator. Room had the two full size beds connected, and weren’t able to separate them.

Overall the stay goos ok. Good for families in budget friendly i paid fam of 4, 2 kids 2 adults $178 for one night throught hotels.com. The food not the best, overall restaurants were clean from what i perceived rooms as well, the hotel room looked dated and i was given on the pyrimid tower a room on first floor which had 2 lounge chairs ( i liked that ) with view to the big gardens but very exposed to anyone walikg by, the shower handle was broken but we could work it out to take showers lol. I mean for this price what else you expect right? I would def come back again with the family if im in a budget friendly vacation, the hotel in general is beautiful and well located.

The good: Huge property that offered a lot to do, but needs some obvious renovations. Most workers were friendly and provided great service! Easy to rent a car and book excursions. The bad: With the blue wristband, the food was not good and very bland. We were excited to leave the resort and eat food in Playa Del Carmen and on the Cancun tourist strip. Can’t say we had one good drink either, we mostly drank wine at dinner. They do not blend drinks! The first room we stayed in was on the top floor. Our first 2 nights were during a storm. Woke up to huge puddle of water on our floor because the rain got in through the balcony door which we had closed and locked. We also had a leak above our bed that dripped onto our bed. We were quickly accommodated to a new room! This was our first experience with an all-inclusive resort. While it wasn’t terrible, we definitely will not be returning.

It was to big so hard to find things. And nothing really explained to u! My first day there I walked into all the black bracelet restaurants. And they couldn’t tell me where I could actually eat ! They need to make blended drinks ! When u walk into the gift shop with a bag they make u put your bag on a shelf. Which is fine but when they do that it’s like you’re going to steel something! Are fridge in are room didn’t get stocked for 2 days so I had to wait for the guy to make sure we would get stuff for the fridge.
