Village Hotel Bugis, Singapore

Great location No noise except the room had an adjoining door so yes you could here the other people but apart from that was great for the price.

I am quite comfortable but it’s lobby must have more seats. Seats for guests.

Room good but surrounding average

We chose this hotel because of its location and we are not disappointed. The hotel is only 3 blocks from Bugis MRT (exist B), tons of shopping and restaurants near by. Sultan Mosque and Haji lane are right behind the hotel. We had hard time to find the hotel entrance on the day of arrival. The entrance is not on Victoria St but the north side of the building, facing a small street, where has a 7-11 store. We wish there are some signs indicate that. The staff are nice, check-in and out are both quickly and smoothly. The room is in good size, comparing with most of other Asian hotels, dated but kept clean and function well. Two complimentary bottles of water everyday are plus. The only complaint about the hotel is the sound prove. We could hear our neighbors but they didn't bother us because they were quiet at night. But some children from the families on the same floor made quite bite noise early morning and late night in the hallway.
