Asked for an extra pillow and blanket and they never brought it. The next night I asked for two more towels since there was only 2 in a 4 person room and they never brought them.

This place sucked! People were extremely loud in the hallway including banging on our door 3 separate occasions through the night. A midst the room smelling like cigarettes and previous guests hair left on the sink this was not an enjoyable stay. Not to mention, the wonderful sound of shower running all-night long in the room above us.

Crack pipes included with room stayb
After checking in we realized our room wasn’t very cleanly at all with mold & loose hairs everywhere. After pulling back the covers of the bed there was a giant wet spot, after calling & switching rooms we got to check under the mattress (bed bugs) and instead find a literal crack pipe, after calling the manager all he offered was a room change & a $50 refund which is hardly a 1/3 of the cost of the room. After that we left for dinner and came back and there wasn’t a single parking space and we had to park else where & walk. And if you know this area you know it isn’t one you leave you car park unattended over day or night. When asking the desk clerk where to park that was safe she said she wasn’t able to tell us so she wasn’t held reliable if something happened. Then in the lobby checking out a couple is complaining of bed bugs and no refund being issued for it.

Lacking bathroom amenities
We stayed in this hotel when we came for a basketball game. Check in was quick & easy finding parking in the tiny cramped lot was difficult entering the room it appears “okay”. The toiletries are lacking here. The toilet paper on the roller has only a few sheets left and there was no extra roll in the room. This was visit #1 to the front desk. Then went to get a shower, there’s not enough towels & wash cloths. (I rented for 2 adults) visit #2 to front desk. I was told everything is in the dryer. Someone would bring them to me when the dryer got done. Strange the hotel doesn’t own enough towels & wash cloths for the hotel. Someone brought towels to the door. But, no washcloths. Visit #3 to front desk, someone brings washcloths to the room. Now the shower looks grungy. We just stood in the shower with flip flops on. The shower curtain had seen better days. The sink sprayed water everywhere, on us & everything on the counter. The sheets were clean & the mattress was comfortable. Definitely could have used another pillow. The free shuttle was the best part. Anywhere downtown from 4-midnight. The driver, Rich, is a local & has plenty of suggestions. The hotel can’t control this, but the hallway had so much foot traffic all night we kept getting woke up. Would h stay again, no.
