Avoid at all costs
Horrible. Building is run down, Blood stains on the bedding, baby roaches everywhere, heater didnt work, tiny TV that shuts off on its own. (No sleep timer) dirty greasy kitchenette. Bad location. I will never be back.

I have stayed at this property numerous times. This last visit, by far, was the worst of all! Let me first say that the staff are great, never had an issue with attitudes or rude service. However! The condition of this property is so poor that I cannot continue to ignore these emails soliciting a review, especially when my review can prevent someone from experiencing the type of filth and nuances I have experienced. Everything from roaches, to incessant gnats, to simple fixes that if the property management and maintenance cared to fix, these problems wouldn't be issues at all! Please see pictures attached to this review. The property is filthy, the rooms are falling apart, and it doesn't seem to be getting better anytime soon.

I had a pleasant stay here. It feels very safe, the room was very clean and the staff was super nice. Also, the prices are excellent. The only issue I had was that there was a glitch when checking in where I was charged but it didn't show up in their system. So, they kept wanting me to recharge my card, though it still showed on my account. I refused and they were cool about it and it wasn't the staff's fault, just frustrating. Also, the remote in my room didn't work. Otherwise, like I said, a very nice hotel and I will stay here again the next time I'm in Columbus/Phenix City.
