I booked a stay at this hotel on a Friday bc I had an important test on Sat. & I'm from out of town, so I chose to come a day before instead of traveling the day of. Anyway, I get to the hotel and it's just straight chaos. It seemed that there were SEVERAL big events taking place this particular weekend & not enough front desk staff to manage all the guest. When I was finally able to check in & get to my room, it was the wrong room. I had 3 adults so I booked a room with 2 beds. I called the front desk, they apologized & said they forgot to inform me that they over booked the double beds & king was all they had left. They offered a discount on the room and/or breakfast voucher. Mind you, it was myself, mom & grandma so, I ended up sleping on the small couch in the room. I asked for an extra blanket for my grandma, it never came. The heater/AC was doing what it wanted (sometimes it was freezing & sometimes it was warm). Cleanliness was okay but I think it could've been better seeing as how Marriott is such a big (& pricey brand). My last disappointment was, the asst. mgr. was supposed to call me back about a billing situation I noticed on my account not too long after I checked in, and he asked if he could call me back bc they were busy. He never called back & left for the day! At checkout I learned he had adjusted the issue, but it would've been nice if he communicated that with me before leaving. Positive note, some of the staff were friendly! But I wouldn't book here again!
