Good stay.
Hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds, basic toiletries but towels were scratchy and partially stained. It was clean in general but areas like light switches, hair dryer, door handles and the such were stained and not cleaned before new guest arrives. Parking is $60 plus tax and gratuity as its valet only. Food is very basic but ok. Breakfast is $20 plus tax and gratuity for pastries and eggs. Doesn’t include coffee or drinks. Service was on point. Location was great.

Nice hotel but need a bit of attention to detail
The hotel is nice and in a good location, although we went during the winter holiday Dec 28 to Jan 1, and lots of the restaurants and shops in the area were closed. The front desk staff were nice and accommodating but the housekeeping staff was terrible. They left dirty cups and garbage in the room, the beds were always as if a children made them, and in general the housekeeping service was really poor. The towels in the rooms felt line sand paper and were as thick as a tissue. The bar and lounge area was nice. The hotel is nice and comfortable overall, but there is a lot of room for improvement.
