Two night stay. Shocked to hear active train tracks less than 50 yards from hotel…after midnight and again 4:50 am - horn tooting, rumble vibrations! Parking I thought was free; TV requires personal subscription and then, did not allow live broadcast of NBA semi finals. Room was like 62 degrees, had host bring plug in heater! No lobby coffee. Most annoying was having to enter 7 digit code to enter anywhere including elevators, key pads worn and in low light made this old man frustrated. Staff (one person) apologetic! NEVER AGAIN!

The daytime staff was very nice and helpful. The pictures in the listing were a bit misleading and also, make sure to read ALL the details. My husband and I were in Nashville for a convention at the fairgrounds and the hotel was in a good location for our needs, less than a 5min drive. We booked online and the pictures made it look like there was a sitting space and a kitchen area. There is, but they are shared spaces with other guests. The rooms are very small and cramped, the beds were hard, there was very little water pressure, the safe in our room was broken, and the T.V. remote was missing. There was nothing the staff could do to help with most of that but they did replace our remote very quickly, as I said the daytime staff was wonderful. Luckily, we weren’t in the room much but when we were it wasn’t very comfortable.

If the rates here reflected the room it would have been ok but it was just as expensive as a much nicer hotel. It was such a weird experience. We had to use key codes and go through two locked hallways to get to our room. The bed was a drop down Murphy bed and the room looked lived in. The staff was wonderful and helpful and I hope they get better support from ownership. There was a weird bar that’s closed down and it looked like someone went to the grocery store and threw some grocery items in the “store”. It’s was not what we expected and was not a comfortable place to stay. We checked out the next morning and went to another hotel. Would not stay again but operate the staff trying to help us out. The hotel is not worth the money they charge and it is not the way the owner represent it online.

Bed was super uncomfortable. The nice bar that is show in the pictures is NOT open. The only reason we stayed at the hotel was it was only a weekend and it was local to coffee shops and restaurants near by that were walking distance. We only stayed here at nights. The hotel also gives you a 6 digit code to use when you get in the elevator to get your floor. And you use it to access the doors that lead to your room. We used it about 4 times just to get from lobby to our room! Parking you pay for just fyi and it’s a small parking lot. The kitchen portion is not located in the rooms. It’s a community kitchen and seemed to be stocked with basic items such as cups and mugs and such. There is a train track right beside it!!!! While we were sleeping we never heard it but just know it’s right there!!! Overall wouldn’t go back honestly.
