A Birthday Blast ! 🎂
My son celebrated his 10th Birthday here. We are supposed to be having a 3hrs. Pool party, but I realize that the time is limited as well as the person who is allowed to go in the swimming pool. So then, we've just decided to book two overnight rooms to have more number of guest to enjoy the pool with longer hours and have extra time to rest and relax. I must say, base in our experience that The price of two rooms is better and more convinient than a pool party reservation. The place is so clean and our favorite parts are the water park, hot tub and the slides. The one that I personally like and a thumbs-up to me is the joint room concept. I really like how we can go and visit the other room and just close the door at night for privacy when it's bed time. A terrace is a plus factor as well, where you can have a nice view of the pool area. You can relax there while keeping an eye on the guest who are in the pool. The only downside for me is the attitude of the male front desk. I just feel a little bit unease with him when I wasn't able to provide my husband's credit card (which I know is a policy and their protocol to follow) but I phoned earlier if I can check in early without my husband ( he will come late because of his work). The one I talked to in the phone (girl) say that it is okay for me to check in since they've got the info on the credit card and she put my name in the reservation as well. But the male didn't believe me so I just patiently wait for my husband to come.

8/10 Very good

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times I would suggest not getting a room that faces the pool as it can be loud and annoying. The kids love the slides and the splash pad adults love the hot tub. Pool does not have stairs only has ladders so makes it more difficult for people with mobility issues to get in and out. Rooms are a decent size beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean

8/10 Very good

Pool overrated
The room Was clean and comfortable. The pool area was very disappointing. The pool was very small and was overcrowded as was the hot tub. The kids spent more time waiting to go on water slides and in pool than time in them. The man who checked me in only gave details about where room was, no other info regarding breakfast, pool, checkout time. Hotel was overpriced. Could’ve stayed at less expensive hotel with better water slide and pool
