Hotel Andrade Review
I arrived there and got checked-in really quick. I was expecting it to take awhile. The room was comfortable and like any standard hotel room. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants, street foods, and activities. Check-out process was quick and easy. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Wifi REALLY does NOT work!
WiFi really doesn't work! Should have read other people's reviews and realized that indeed there isn't working wifi. Mattresses and pillows are hard. I like a hard mattress but this was like sleeping on concrete with bricks as pillows. Other than that staff is fine but for the same money there are way better hotels in the city.

Not worth
Bed was a discomfort. Pictures were falsely advertised and NO AC. No where in the hotel description did it say it was without ac!

Si la persona de la recepción fuera más amable estado fenomenal y las camas un poco más cómodos el colchón estaría perfecto pero la persona que me atendió nose si no le gusta su trabajo o definitivamente no le caí bien pero un trato nada de amablem

It was ok
First I want to say that there are no English speakers on staff. That’s okay though. Just would be better not to advertise it. The hotel is cute. But the bed was super firm and not very comfy. Our floor was not super clean. There is no fridge or microwave, and I can’t remember if that was advertise but it was okay. We made it work. I’m not complaining, would just like to make sure others are aware. Once the cleaning staff leaves you cannot get extra anything. There is not AC or heat in the room. Even though it is a smoke free hotel, the room smelled of smoke. The staff was super friendly and helpful and did what they could. They still attempted to communicate with us, we used google translate and it worked out fine. I’m not sure I would stay here again, but it was an alright option, within walking distance to many sights, shopping, and food.

Complaining are regodniced
Overall one of the best I stayed... Complaining is regodnice and executed... In the opposite of the most other hotels. Badest isue in all hotels ... Staff ignore the "do not disturb scmchield... But after complaing o.K.

Same incompetence like everywhere but learn able..
Well... Mexico hotels taff is 9bviozsly not able to read "" pmeaye do not disturb" also in Spain... Overall it wS surprisingly quiet after the first night complaining... The same issueike by the most... No outblowi g fan as vent in the bath... On the mold on the silicon is a mold problem to see which result from missing airmovement... I speak here from issues which dangerous for almergicans... Chlorine helps here relyable... For some weeks.. Then is a new treatment needed... Overall not bad... OH... The wifi was a joke... That activating with web page is always a big issue... Especially when you want secure your stuff with a Webcam... Where you can check on your smartphone if your stuff is untouched... So because "do not disturb" It is insane that such Schields are basicly ignored from hotels raff... Such intimitation is sick... By one hotel the staff want open the door right away... Fully ignoring the Schield if not exist... Right side for sure... What manners are that? Also calls on the room phone when I see already not Mexican or Austrian passport... Then is a English speaking needed... WS here not the case because I disconnected and do Exept a really dumb cleaning service didn't disturb then anymore. Which is not by all hotels to tell... So far... Well... O. K....
