Exceptional
Fabulous staff; excellent hotel
Absolutely excellent stay at the Drury. From the moment we boarded the shuttle at the airport we were impressed by the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Our shuttle driver was pleasant and got us to the hotel quickly and safely. There is something to be said about first impressions- front desk staff were professionally dressed, cheerful and welcoming. We arrived too late for dinner, but could still smell a delicious aroma from the earlier serving. After a quick and efficient check in we went to our sparkling clean, well appointed and comfortable room where we rested very well. Breakfast was excellent and once again the smiling helpful staff stored our luggage while we explored Atlanta for the day. Upon returning to the hotel, the friendly and engaging shuttle driver went out of his way to drive us to the international terminal to catch our flight. Great ambassadors for Atlanta, the staff at the Drury were wonderful. We enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant next door. If in Atlanta again we would definitely stay here again.

The property was convenient, the shuttle service was great; I arrived my with young grandchild at the international, got shuttle to domestic, then got hotel shuttle to hotel, all very smooth and quick; same thing leaving on the earliest flight out, got shuttle at 4:00 a.m. so convenient and friendly and professional service. Hotel staff was also great, the offered drinks and food.

Great location to the Atlanta airport, minutes away. Easy all to dining and their breakfast buffet was great. Fresh fruit, eggs, waffles etc.

Clean hotel close to airport with shuttle service. Kickback special offers free drinks and food in lobby between 5-7pm. Staff was friendly and things were generally clean and well kept. Room freshener smell was pretty strong though, and there’s no window to open to help ventilate it.

On arrival I had to wait at the front desk for 30 minutes because there was no one available at the front desk I even called the hotel and someone told me they would be out to help me , my room was prepaid or I would have found another hotel I travel very often and this was a first with absolutely no one at the front desk
