All the front desk staff was amazing and so attentive and accommodating. This was not a good time in my life as my mother just passed away and everyone went out of their way to make us feel at home and well taken care of.

Terrible stay, stay away from this property !
We were greeted by the staff well, but didnt provide us directions to the room as this is a spread out property and the building numbers are not lit. We arrived at 10.30 pm. We didnt have any water, neither did they give complementary water bottles, nor they had any in stock for the store for purchase. Even so, none would be sent to the room she said. All this late at night. Internet didnt work but front office was adamant it works. Requested few towels ad toiletries as they stocked a Suite of 6 people for just 1. Response was come and collect it. Mind you this is not a single building.

Awesome stay
Hotel stay was awesome even though we got the wrong room due to a glitch in system for hotels.com but the entirety of the stay and conditions of the room, pool, dining area was excellent. I would stay there again anytime i visit Dallas.
