It wasn’t as clean as I would have liked. I always travel with Lysol wipes and found myself wiping everything down. There were dishes left in the dishwasher and the paper towel and toilet paper hadn’t been replaced.

Electricity went out for two days and two nights, I had to take an uber to another hotel with only a portion of my belongings, as there was no light in the room, and book a last minute stay for two nights costing me an extra $200 plus over a $50 in uber fees since I had to return to the hotel once power turned on to pack my things. It was extremely scary walking down a pitch black staircase, there are no emergency generators or lights. The food in my fridge was spoiled as well. The staff was extremely courteous but there was only so much they could do. This was not their fault, just poor corporate planning.

IF there was someone at the front desk, they were very nice and tried to be helpful. We had to go to the front desk to ask for new sheets and towels, and bring our trash because no one came to our room. When we arrived there was food from the previous tenant in our room. This did not make us feel like the hotel was sanitary.
