In general the property is clean and staff friendly

The staff was very good. Housekeeping missed a few minor details when they cleaned our room but overall it was good.

My husband and I travel regularly from Florida to Canada, and we both had mixed feelings about this location. On the plus side, it is pet friendly and did not charge extra for our dog. The staff at check-in was professional and friendly. The hotel is updated and in good condition. Our room was clean. The bed was comfortable with good quality linens and a choice of firm or soft pillows, which we appreciated. On the negative side, the only room available that night was a standard room with two double beds. It did not have a fridge or microwave. There was no night table on my side of the bed so I had to squeeze our cooler into that space. The bathroom vanity is tiny with a square modern bulky sink jutting out of the center, which means there is very little space for your toiletries when getting ready in the morning. We had not checked to confirm that breakfast was included, and unfortunately it was not. The word “plus” in the hotel’s name is a bit misleading.

Late night booking, staff was super friendly when we arrived. Rooms were great for the price. We all slept great and showered and continued on our journey.

Checking in is okay, But room smelled like dog & lots of pet hairs. & theirs a big bone under the bed. I had to take my allergy medicine. But my allergy got worse. The lady from the front desk name Miss. Anita solved the situation. Thank you Miss Anita.

The hotel was clean and beds comfortable. It was a non smoking hotel but our entire floor reeked of marijuana. The area did feel safe however for women traveling alone.

Everyone there was very nice, polite and helpful! Very thankful for their pet friendly policy also!
