      Hotel is great and so are staff but..... they like to say no a lot No pool open. No services open No cocktails available at the bar No car parking next door £25 No dont be silly of course we havent dropped our prices to reflect any of this. Still hugely expensive but a lot of NO. Please note the staff are lovely and doing the best they possibly can under the circumstances. Just dissapointed

      5 star hotel with 3 star service.

      The hotel was great, we loved the room but service was a bit lacking. The room was spacious, but the A/C didn’t work. Not usually an issue in the UK but the room was like an oven on the first night and having turned on the unit we thought worked (the other one didn’t anyway) got up in the night to find it pumping out heat on the coolest setting. Asked for help the next day, and replacement coffee but got neither. Pandemic meant no room cleaning or replenishment of supplies and when we asked for more coffee and milk, we got 3 single milk sachets for two of us - it was just all a bit stingy for a £155/night. But overall a good stay, the location was amazing, and we would stay again. A 5 star hotel with 3 star service.

      Chelsea hotel to the rescue

      After initially booking another hotel due to its location my wife and daughter had to check out early due to many problems. They then booked the Chelsea and could not have been happier. A lovely hotel with professional and courteous staff. It rescued a weekend that had been in danger of falling apart. Thank you

      Disappointing Stay

      I have stayed here many times in the past but not for the last couple of years. I was disappointed that the standards do not seem as high as I have previously experienced. The service was OK whereas in the past it has been exceptional. The room felt dingy and a bit stale as opposed to in the past they have felt light and airy and luxurious. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible. Far too soft and we had to fold them in half to get some form of support. There was no kettle or coffee machine in the room although there was coffee and tea bags. We called reception and were told they would ‘try and find us one’. When we did get one, the milk split so we gave up. Overall very disappointing as we were there for our wedding anniversary and had high expectations based on previous stays.

      Nice hotel but due to covid......

      Staff was nice , suite was big and clean , But due to covid , 1) No porter at the door , so i had to take my own suitcases from car to the room , 2) Bar and restaurant closed , 3) Spa closed , 4) Hotel almost empty.Ghost town . 5) No room cleaning, (unless you stay over 3 days) 6) Car parking £50 per night ,
