Dissapointing stay this time round
My second time staying in a collection club room. But this time it was kinda disappointing. While we did enjoy the standard offerings the club rooms have, we did not have hot water for shower/bath for 3 days. It was either cold or colder.
As soon as we checked in, We feedback about the hot water. The engineer came and the solution was, to leave the sink, shower and bath running for at least 30mins so that we can get the water warm. Imagine the amount of wastage just to get a warm shower/bath. It was not even lukewarm. Second day the problem persist and I insisted on a room change on the third day.
We were swapped to another room- a "suite" and it has the same issue! We were swapped again to level 4 and thankfully the problem ended. There were a lot of wasted time where I could spend touring the city but instead I spent escalating issues just to have a comfortable stay.
