Was turned away at the door the first night we arrived at 11:30pm, as a mother with her daughter and pets experiencing a difficult situation. Why? Because they have a weight restriction on dogs. However, no where was that listed while booking. They refused to give me a refund so I could go somewhere else. We then decided to sleep in the parking lot, and at 1am saw a dog three times the size of ours walking out of the hotel. I went back in to the front desk and begged for a place for us to sleep. They made an “exception” for us, even though there are multiple dogs that clearly weigh more than ours. Since then, staff have been rude and ignoring us. Took 3 days of asking countless times to get blankets brought up so we could sleep comfortably. Took three times asking and over 6 hours to get clean towels. I got stuck in an elevator trying to go downstairs to get change to do laundry. Nobody answered the “call for help” button. Then zero apologies for the elevator hassle, and they did not close it after it trapped multiple people in it for over 15mins. They couldn’t give me change to do laundry. Left the hotel to get change, and the machines took the money, but wouldn’t turn on. All in all horrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone! Especially a mother or family experiencing an already difficult situation!

was a great place to stay years ago but now under new ownership place is run down . transients coming and going . even pool is rented out for early child lessons over hotel guests. Very poor service at desk and not at all an enjoyable stay

I have been making bookings there for a while now i always enjoy my stay there and usually i get a king room and i always ask for a room on the sixth floor and 9 out of 10 times i get a room up there.

Not worth your money! Too many rules and fees !!

I have never been to a hotel that requires picture ID for every quest in the room! And if you check out later then 11am you have to pay $25 and if you want to check in before 3pm you have to pay $25!! If there is someone that stays with you who's not registered, $250 punishment!! I'm speechless!! Fees, fees everywhere! A money hungry owner! But for that high price/night, not even breakfast is included! I would call this hotel a real "ripoff". Load airplanes right over your head all the time... terrible! I have stayed at half the price hotels and they where nicer, and had hot tubs and swimming pools and nice breakfast = everything included in the low price! No extra fees for early check in or late check out. Would never stay there again. Wasted money.
