Staff was unhelpful and rude for the most part and the room was dirty, old and had crickets in the bathroom.

I was quite disappointed to know that I have to pay a non-refundable incidental fee when I checked in. The place was not very clean. Crickets were jumping everywhere even on the third floor. Terrible. My room was automatically checked out even before noon time. I left early for shopping before checking out. My personal items were gone. Although all my items were finally recovered, no one apologized for what has happened. Poor management. I will go back to this hotel again.

People in front desk very nice everything was good but the room we get it’s have a lot of mold inside the room and phone broken TV not working and we have to change to another room The other room was OK but the curtain shower was broken and the shower was broken but we get tired from changing rooms ,in general it wasn’t a great experience with this hotel

It is a beautiful property, the room was very nice with a king size bed and a sofa bed which was very nice also. The room had a extra sink by the coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave oven which made it like a small kitchen to use.We liked the bathroom and the sink outside.It was a great deal for the price. The only thing is actually funny is that the pool looks very big from the picture and when I saw it it was just a tiny little pool which was out of use because of the filter or something like that; but no big deal because I needed to rest anyway!

Absolutely loved the hotel itself, very clean inside and smelled great! Staff gave me an end room that was quite large, thank you! I do think the hotel is in the worst location, and the parking area is horrible. Its like walking into a hotel that looks like it belongs in paradise, to walking out of the hotel into reality and fear of being mugged or shot in the parking lot. I hate the price changes from Thursday to friday, what crap. Ive stayed and holiday inn so much, and havent got any good deals as a member. My SPG membership offered better deals. I recommend if you dont mind the price, but there is def better deals out there for the same presentation

Room was poor. Looked like blood stains on the floor, the A/C unit was very noisy, brick/stones falling down around the pool. Breakfast however, was very good quality and lots of choices.
