I arrived abour 45 minutes early since im driving, the woman at rhe desk was so friendly and inviting. Check in was quick and easy. The room was more than i expected. It has a kitchenette, great for longer stays. The bed is set back away from the door, which is nice. They have a nice breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items. Breakfast sandwiches, quiche, burrriros. All the amenities were great. There are walkable restaurants amd breweries. Overall a great spot.

Good location
This is a budget hotel similar to a Hampton Inn but with a kitchenette added to the entry way. We just stayed overnight but found the location to be conducive to a short drive to downtown in the evening and a walk the next morning to the Deschutes River. Breakfast may be the best I've had at a budget hotel: many oatmeal toppings including walnuts and jam, egg muffins, and packaged quiche-like egg dishes. Staff was very friendly, especially the breakfast attendant Sophie. Was quiet - location is on a two lane road in town.
