I was traveling with my partner and a 10 year old. The pool area was clean and empty when we used it in the evening on a Saturday night. We did not use the gym but the breakfast was well prepared. No hot food except make your own waffle. The other food was individually packaged for sanitary, quick access. It was ALL carb based think bagels (there was a toaster), other packaged pastries. There was yogurt for a healthier option but that’s it. They had hot coffee, tea and juice as well. The room itself was big enough and clean, no complaints. We checked in with our ESA (emotional support animal) with no additional charge but normally $25 per pet which isn’t bad and no weight limit. Lots of friendly dogs! Overall a great stay close to hiking spots like the kaaterskill falls and north-south lake

Hotel mishandled our reservation and didn’t honor the rates which were promised and confirmed be email. The manager Danny was abrupt and rude. Room is very small. The breakfast is almost non existing.
