Comfort Suites Boone - University Area, Boone

Parking lot (especially on side) needs to have better lighting. Carpet in rooms could be cleaner or updated.

The hotel was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly. Quiet compared to other places we’ve stayed recently. Would stay again.

We had a great stay. The only thing I did not like was the beds. They were uncomfortable. Other than that we had a good time.

Friendly staff. Spacious and Clean rooms. The outside of the building could use some updating but the inside was very nice.

We stayed two nights. We were I guess at other end of hotel as she said we could park back there and use that door. So we did, every single time we left and came back there were people loitering at the entrance or on their cars smoking and drinking. It almost like they were living our of their cars. It was uncomfortable for us and our vehicle. I called the front desk and they said they are staying at hotel. I asked so that is normal and he said yes. People don't typically hang around their cars and smoke and drink for two days! If I had known this type of behavior was normal at this entrance I would not have preferred to be put there. So not really sure if this in normal but I wouldn't stay their again if this is normal.

Conveniently located. Good value for what you pay.

Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and friendly! Room very nice and clean.

We stayed two nights. The first night we were on the 3rd floor, and it was ok. The staff was friendly. The snacks were decent. The second night was horrible. Our room was on the 1st floor. Even though all rooms were supposed to be non-smoking, our room smelled strongly of cigarettes and probably something else. You could smell the stench in the hallway. People were walking up and down the hall all night. None of us felt safe. We won't stay there again.
