One night stay between flights
I can always count on Courtyard by Marriotts in every city I go to. This was no different. Although this location was way off the beaten path with not a lot around. More in the business or industrial park type area. There was also construction going on but wasn’t a bother at all. Our room was newly renovated so that was a plus. Even had a balcony over the pool. Great one night stay between flights.

There wasn't any information that the hotel was undergoing renovations! Staff were VERY good. Room did not have any tea (coffee but no tea). Asked the staff about it and they said that the hotel did not offer tea. There wasn't any tea for sale in the little store, either! What hotel doesn't offer coffee AND tea? The beds were listed as queen size but if they were, they were small queens. I've stayed at a lot of hotels with queen size beds and this was smaller than any I've stayed in. The pool was clean one day (out of 6). Leaves were in and around the pool. If there was a net handy, we would have cleaned it ourselves! NOT inviting at all. The halls to the rooms were not vacuumed during our stay. We saw the same M&M on the floor for 3 days! The hotel did not have a change machine for doing laundry. We went to the desk and they said they did not have any change for the machines. The dryer kept eating our money and we had limited quarters! The staff were helpful in refunding our lost money but only in whole dollar increments since they didn't have change. Parking was good. There wasn't any notification that the restaurant wasn't open, either.

There was ants in my room. The place was a mess because they were remodeling. To top it all off my room door wouldn’t open and they had to call somebody to practically break the door down to let me in my room. It was not a good experience.

Very nice and professional. They are remodeling so that was a little annoying especially first thing in the morning. Getting on the elevator was difficult because of the work crew. I would suggest hand sanitizers on each floor (only offered on the main floor).

Under construction, 8:30 am drills and hammers. They did not put us at one end away from construction. It sounds like they are in the room with us They didn’t warn that they were starting banging above my room at 8:30 am

The hotel was very nice, however they didn't serve breakfast like stated when booked. I did have to report to the manager that someone was smoking on the floor I was on and she didnt do anything but just say ok. Overall they stay was ok
