Pissed off
Started out great… AC shut off around 2 am water from it all over the floor. AC wouldnt turn back on. 2 bath towels for 4 people, 1/2 roll of toilet paper for 4 people…. Guy in office was lazy couldn’t even got out of chair to talk to you. Stated no toilet paper down there it was locked away because no one restocked their closet. Couldn’t provide 2 more towels. I asked him where he went to the bathroom.. he said the hotel behind him. This is the worst place i have rented from.

This place is clean and functional. It is no frills, and too expensive for what you get in return. The A/C worked well and the sheets were clean. It served my purposes that way.

I was told it was earlier check in availability but it took 5hour wait of sitting in the lobby waiting. The Manager was rude and irritated with guests asking questions which is her job to answer.

What a dump
this hotel was grossly over priced and as run down a place we have stayed at in a long time - to be fair the bed was comfortable but the condition of the building was deplorable - we had to ask for soap and shampoo and then go get it from the front desk - the security latch on the door was falling off and the shower curtain smelled of mold - the pictures of the hotel did not honestly depict the dump of a room we were given - we would not go back there again - ever - Wyndham should be ashamed of themselves for their association with this place

One night stand!
For the price of a one night stay, it was worth the money I paid. The hotel even has a Subway right next door. After coming back from Cali, Colombia 🇨🇴. That was the best sandwich I ever ate. As for the shuttle I came home on Avianca airlines. So you can wait at stop 7 or 15.
