Hi there I booked in on Hotels.com for $100.75 online. Well when I got to the Hotel the guy asked for my Credit Card and my Id. Well to call my Credit Card it says it was charged $550.00 total for everything including a Security Deposit plus $10.00 for Onsite Parking I never heard of that as I have stayed at a lot of Hotels my Days. Well the Guy and Lady I did not catch their names I was too busy with visiting my Brother. Well I went to the room and it was very nice. The Pillows you have to get different pillows because me and my brother could not sleep with them. They were too soft and crunchy and hard on your neck so I could not go to sleep at all same with my Brother. The TV was nice, the Shower was nice. Everything was good except me getting charged $550.00 for the room. If I would of know that I would of never booked their. Overall The Employees were very Professional, and had a very good attitude. Overall I have stayed at Marriotts and this one needs just a Pillow Make Over. Have the Customer try the pillows your offering or bring your own pillow is my case. Have a great day!!

The hotel overall was nice. I was charged $3.00 to use my Visa card though when purchasing some drinks and snacks from their little store. Also, the shower head in my room was broken so when I turned it on, it just sprayed water all over the bathroom floor, the mirror and the counter.

The facility is very nice and staff was great. There were two issues we had with the place. One was that we had to pay for parking. It was only$10, but there was no reason for it. The place is not in a dense city with limited parking, near any public transportation or airports, and there was a large lot available. It was more of an extra money grab by the hotel. Second, while the place was very nice and in great condition, the mattresses were horrible. The practically collapsed under you and had huge indentations that left you sleeping at weird angles and uncomfortably.
