1. Door keys do not work. 2. Poor service at the front counter 3. Housekeeping poor works. 4. Lights don't work 5. Bathroom - exhaut fan not work 6. Not double glass windows, very noisy 7. Terrible experience
The air conditioning didn’t work, notified front desk and said they will call maintenance and call my room. Never called back, maintenance never showed up and no one followed up. The bathroom toilet paper holder was broken and someone else’s hair on the floor.
