Very comfortable, quite area, close to some restaurent with walking distance

The room was dirty and had mold in the shower. My fridge and ice machine didn’t work. Towel rack was falling off of the wall. The side entry door security was not functional and the lock on my door was not either. I was told by the desk that I would be receiving a refund from Hotels.com.

Well valued stay for the family. Seperate rooms were great for parent and kid space

The hotel is an older property and it is feeling its age. The sheer curtains were ripped apart. The room had a peculiar smell. The previous guest had left a mess in the dishwasher and I had to have maintenance come with a wet vac to get it all out. On top of that, the maid did not leave dish soap or sponge and had no regular coffee to replace what had been used. The bed was very comfortable though. Service was hit or miss. Some fantastic, some so so. Plus laundry service was $2 for each cycle of washing and drying. In other Hilton properties there is no charge.

I will not stay here again and will not post the negative because management did the right thing in compensating me a night for all the trouble I had. I will say that having a full kitchen is nice and the shopping center is less than a mile with a grocery store and plenty of dining options. Parking spaces are very tight for larger vehicles but plenty of parking at night.

Check in guy was super friendly and very polite. Got to room and it was just ok. Upon further review it just kept getting nastier. I was exhausted after losing air conditioning at home and no sleep so I just wanted to sleep. As I walk into the room there is a GIANT cockroach on the wall. That was a wrap for me sleep or no sleep. Guy at checkout was nice but you could see he didn't want to make a stink and neither did I. Said room was not charged.

Vents Dirty Carpets torn Caulk and drywall repairs filthy and deteriorating Phones didn’t work No plates or cooking utensils or detergent packs to run the full size dishwasher. Garbage stacked at the elevator most days. Had a great stay at a sister property in Fredrick, MD. But wow! How different this place is! And for the prime location it is in. Shameful. This place needs to be audited by the Corporate Office.

Second time trying this hotel and both times no good at all. Worst hilton ever.

Breakfast could have been better. 'Brown it's Hilton?

I booked room for 6 and we were 5 but stuff they provided for 1 guest. I had to ask for stuff also out dated supplies had to tell front desk.
