Smoke and Mirrors

I must first say that the Customer Service is amazing! I had encounters with 3 people and they each were exceptional. Now...the hotel...it's a no. The room assigned had updated smoked gray tiled floors and new mirrors, but the beds were horrendous and bugs and critters were in the room because the door did not reach the ground nor the sides! I had to put a towel on the floor and stuff the sides of the door with paper to close the gaps. There was a musty smell and the walls were dirty (maybe the age of the place). I stayed only one night of the two booked.
