Poor quality and service
I will never stay here again or any Harrahs or Ceaser’s Palace. I start with saying that I actually won at the black jack table, very little, but my review is based upon the poor service, etc. First, valet service was full. Then our non-smoking room required that we walk through smoking to get to the room. The food was poor quality. Then there was smoking allowed in the Non-Smoking casino area. Rooms were run down and you had to SLAM the door to get it closed. No place to sit while drinking our coffee.
Most importantly, when we logged into the internet it said it was free for the basis, which people on both rooms accepted. When we checked out both parties were charged for the internet. I could not dispute this at check out as we were using electronic check out. The front desk has only one person and at least 6 people in front of us. And when we were second in line the Diamond card people were let ahead of us so there was not telling when we would ever get a real person to help us. And yes, some management person looked out the door at us waiting for check out and then walked away, back into her closed office.
