Not accommodating to disabled room booking request
The hotel itself was nice. However the fact that when we booked, we specifically asked for an accessible bathroom/shower and 1st floor, due to disabilities, and both request were completely ignored, was very frustrating. While I was already unhappy with that, then a group on our floor of about 10 pre-teens were running up and down the halls yelling and playing on the luggage carts at 11pm. I stuck my head out and looked at an adult who simply said "Yall are being loud". When I said, "Yes very loud" she screamed she had them under control. The hotel staff had done nothing about them running amuck so late at night. Over all, again the hotel was nice and clean. But not ran well, and not accommodating to disability needs.

Would stay again
Definitely would stay there again for a one or two day trip. The desk help was excellent, the rooms were clean with comfortable bedding, microwave, fridge, and coffee maker we’re all good! Hotel was also next to an Applebee’s within walking distance that catered to my dietary food restrictions. Win-win for the price!

Bad parking, but otherwise excellent.
Simple check-in and out, breakfast was more basic than normal. Room was clean and serviced well. My only issue was the driveway and parking - the entrance driveway is also the exit driveway, and parking is all the way around the building, with very little room for error on the drive around.
