I really enjoyed my stay at Galleria palms hotel. Clean and spacious room with air conditioning. The staff were friendly and helpful especially Rosalind at the front desk and the housekeeping manager who was attentive to my requests The only area that could be improved is tea facilities in room as it only had coffee machine. Also the breakfast menu could be improved on by providing vegetarian options However I would stay there again. Lovely atmosphere

Our room was great and very clean. It is a bit of an older hotel, but definitely worth staying at. Breakfast always had a good variety in the mornings, but you’d want to come down earlier before the rush of people catching the shuttles for the parks. It’s also located in an amazing area with so many options for restaurants, activities, and gift shops.
