Gardens are best in the world! Beach was gorgeous. Pool second to none. Grand Club was well worth the money however even though we were there for a week, the staff at the front NEVER remembered us. On our first morning they tried to kick us out, even though we had already paid the $75 premium. I found that odd as most 5 Star hotels I have stayed at or even visited remember my name or room number. Food in the Club was excellent, especially the soups. Gluten-free bread and chocolate muffin was provided when I asked. Chef’s were awesome and they remembered us every day. Walking distance to everything. Definitely the best to base out of as we dont even want to bother seeing any sites since traffic in Kuta makes it pointless to try to go anywhere. Bar and food prices poolside were so bizarre (185,000 for 3 beer, 270,000idr for 4) we felt they were intentionally trying to discourage guests from enjoying a pool day. Its an easy walk to the neighbouring resorts if you want reasonably priced food and drink by the pool or water. We absolutely loved this resort otherwise and will split our time between it, Ubud and Jimbaran next trip.
Very Balinese but also at the same time modern enough to just chill and drink a cocktail on the poolside.
Property is beautiful, set in amazing gardens with water features/pools. Large hotel but set out well. As we went in March the hotel was very quiet. The pool areas had a lot of sun beds which made it look crowded, I would take half away so to make the place more couple friendly.
Pools are great for kids , just watch out for the tiles very slippery , gardens and accommodation are 5 star .
Beautiful hotel, great staff, great location. Lots of dining options nearby
Beautiful, well maintained property. Staff take excellent care of the hotel and guests. I enjoyed staying here and can't wait to come back!
It was a grest holiday, locattion is awesome, suitable for family with kids, nice and largeb pool
The pool especially was amazing! So lovely and the design so cleverly done that it felt like you're in a lagoon in its natural habitat. The room was good and service great as always is in Bali. Just love Balinese people! The food at the hotel is good but very pricey. We had a lovely stay overall. Especially recommended for families due to the pool with the water slide. The kids in our group loved it!
Resort is massive with beautiful private beach frontage. There are many pools and restaurants to choose from. Gardens are picturesque and everything you need is in the resort (shops, atm facilities and a market area, list goes on). Very close work to Bali collection for some variety. Recommend if you want to stay in Nusa Dua.
The staff were amazing. The property was immense which gave you the feeling there was always space to play Plenty of great pools and bats and the food was excellent We will be back!!!!
