6 Parking Spaces Aren't Enough
Other than the ordeal with limited parking (only 6 spaces for that size hotel isn't good), the Elmbank is a lovely hotel. The Art Deco vibe is really great. Staff were extremely helpful & gracious.

Lovely hotel shortish walk into york,food lovely,room spotless and we were upgraded to a larger room,not much parking but other parking nearby,we would use again and very convenient for york races

Great stay - house keeping let the hotel down
The hotel is lovely and the staff very friendly The room was a good size and clean The only thing that let it down was house keeping The first day after arrival we run out of shower gel that is provided on the wall and this was not refilled in 3 days We was meant to have water on arrival in fridge and don’t get this The day before leaving we came home late and house keeping had Beeb but not re filled yeh toilet paper so lucky we had tissues on us

A pleasant stay.
Very nice staff, a friendly welcome and generally great service. Bed very comfortable and the hotel was nicely decorated. The resturant menu was a bit limited and the food was average and a bit pricey. Good breakfast. 15 minute walk into the city, but no other resturants or pubs any closer.
