One night stay before cruise by Miami Beach
Great location. Only 2 blocks from the beach. Lots of restaurants nearby. CVS across the street. Reasonable price. Room was huge with comfy bed and couch. Mini fridge was nice and front desk gave us bottled waters. A few not so great items: - bathtub looked stained - had to hold down toilet handle a while for it to flush properly - could not use the room safe because it was locked when we got there and front desk didn’t have master key to unlock it. - only 4 hangers - carpet had a big stain on one area - elevator didn’t work (but front desk offered to carry our heavy suitcase up) - there was an oder in the lobby (but room was fine) Looked like some renovations were underway so hopefully the items above will be fixed soon. We loved walking on the beach and boardwalk. morning walk was especially nice.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. I loved the code locks instead of the traditional key card. The hotel has a lot of work to get it looking and feeling great, but they are working on upgrades and headed in the correct direction from my point of view.

Roach Motel without AC
Absolutely terrible experience. I don’t usually write reviews but for the greater good, people need to know. AC didn’t work, TV didn’t work, toilet barely flushed, Wi-Fi was on and off, elevator didn’t work, saw a couple live and a couple dead roaches. Room was mid 80s even at night. By day 90s. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. Stay away!
